From 12-2 pm we have Lit Lunch with Playful Pioneers
I so badly wanted to do Playful Pioneers last year but we didn’t have the time. (Our children attended a 2-day homeschool tutorial last year.) But I think it will work out well now that the youngest is eager to join us. I have an 8.5, 7, and 4 year old. They love the My First Little House picture books so I can’t wait for them to hear the series. I will read a chapter during lunch followed by some quiet play time so I can set up. Then we will meet back up to do the corresponding activities for the day: fun recipes, scripture and poetry copywork, crafts, etc. We will listen to the chapters via audible on therapy days when we drive up to the city. When the big kids do copywork, little brother will use his handwriting without tears materials. Check out this post for help printing your Playful Pioneer materials.
