It’s almost time to change the calendar and gather Advent materials. (And I should probably consider removing the rotting pumpkins from the front porch.)
As we count down to Christmas, we will pull out a new book from our December book stack. I am actually thinking about wrapping them up and letting them open one each day. Christmas books are our favorite! We will also be adding Advent activities and Christmas crafts to our morning basket. This year we are trying out morning time materials from A Gentle Feast and Brighter Day Press as well as recipes and crafts from the Christmas Mini-Collective Bundle. I’m also excited to read Cindy Rollins new Advent book: Hallelujah.
I listed these below and other Advent curriculum and Christmas devotionals we have used before or heard good things about it.
I’d love to hear your ideas on how you spread joy and keep the season focused on HIM.
I hope you enjoy scrolling through this book stack. Most of these books are old favorites, a few are from my childhood, some from the library… and several are brand new to us this year! I love discovering new ones!
