Need a quick and easy dessert that makes plenty for the holiday weekend? I love using bisquick when I’m in a hurry. It usually means less ingredients. I was craving blackberry cobbler, my all time favorite, but used frozen blueberries we picked last month instead. Perfect recipe to celebrate the holiday and use up those blueberries!
