My daughter turned another year older this month. I cant believe how fast the years are going by. I started this little blog after she was born. 🙂 We invited her classmates from her homeschool tutorial to join us for a painting party! I made her a watercolor dress to celebrate the occasion!
Her party was super simple to throw together. We had it at a rec center so they provided the art lessons. I just brought the food and decorations. I picked up the paint favors, table cloth, banner, plates, napkins, and cups from Target. I gathered flowers and vases and platters from around the house. I picked up the cupcakes, drinks, and snacks from Publix. The cake was custom made from Triple Crown Bakery. It was a beautiful watercolor cake and so delicious! She chose “pink velvet” flavor which came with cream cheese icing and strawberries inside. I liked it better than my wedding cake! It was that good.
They made stamp art, a pressed flower collage, and a water color painting together. My daughter loved it! Hers a few pictures.
PS I added that watercolor dress to my shop. 🙂
