Party Planning

Vintage Cinderella Party

When my daughter turned three, she was very into dressing up and everything princess. She asked me to do a Cinderella party. I love to make their parties unique in some way so I didn’t want to buy everything from the princess section at Party City. I knew I wanted muted shades of pinks and blues and a shabby chic/french country look. I eventually landed on a Vintage Cinderella Party theme when I found this awesome shop on Etsy. I had just birthed our third baby in June, so I needed to pull something together easy and quick. Purchasing a party package on Etsy was the way to go. My old friend from graduate school creates lovely cookies, so I asked her to make some. They were amazing! We bought her cake from Publix, as usual, and added a Cinderella candle. Added some princess punch and fairy tale treats. My mother and sister were a huge help! My favorite decoration was the banner made from an vintage golden books. LOVE!

My daughter and her friends came in their favorite princess outfits and she had a blast!
